Not that we could find. Grosvenor’s help articles on the sign-up bonus describe one welcome offer for new online players, and it needs a first deposit of at least £20. What you do get without paying in is a membership that covers both worlds. Grosvenor says its membership brings “benefits and exclusive promotions both in casino and online”. The Grosvenor welcome offer: £40 bonus + 100 free spins

- New online customers only, aged 18+, registering on the site for the first time and fully verified. One welcome offer per person.
- Select the bonus in the cashier before you deposit. Grosvenor says it turns light purple once selected. Picking it afterwards is not described as an option.
- First deposit of at least £20. A smaller deposit, or a first deposit by paysafecard, means no bonus.
- £40 bonus on selected slots, valid for 30 days from the day it is added.
- 100 free spins at £0.10 on Big Bass Splash: launch the game, click “claim” within 24 hours, then use them within 7 days.
- Caps: at most £200 can be converted from the bonus to cash, and at most £100 from free-spin winnings.

How the 10x wagering works on deposit plus bonus
This is the line that changes the arithmetic. Grosvenor applies the wagering to the deposit and the bonus together: (£20 + £40) × 10 = £600 of bets on eligible games before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Its own help article gives exactly that total.
Slots count 100%, jackpot games 50% and live casino only 10%. Your cash balance is used before the bonus balance, and withdrawing from the cash balance early cancels any bonus funds still being wagered.
The free spins work separately. Their winnings arrive as bonus money with their own 10x wagering, playable on Big Bass Splash. Win £8 from the spins and you would need £80 of bets on that game before it turns into cash.
Grosvenor promo codes
The welcome offer doesn’t use one: you choose it in the cashier. Grosvenor’s help centre does say that “some promotions require a code”, entered through the Bonus Code link on your account, while others ask you to opt in instead. On 22 October 2026 we found no specific code published on Grosvenor’s own pages. Codes listed on other websites are not on the Grosvenor site, so we don’t repeat them.
Grosvenor beyond the welcome offer: casinos and membership
Where Grosvenor differs from most online brands is the venues. Its help centre explains that you get into one of its casinos with ID (a driving licence, another official document, or a debit card if you look over 25), that you must be over 18, and that after the first visit you receive a membership card. Grosvenor also sells experience packages for first-timers, such as Game On and Poker Hand.
How to claim the Grosvenor welcome offer
- Click Join and register a new online account (first-time customers only).
